1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As a UK-based consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment, you are entitled to a full refund — provided that:
- You request the refund in writing (email is sufficient);
- You have not set up your funded challenge within the 14 days;
- You provide a clear reason for the refund request (this is for our records, not as a condition of the refund).
If you have actively used the Service during the cooling-off period — i.e. allowed Midas to place trades on your account — we may deduct a pro-rata charge for the days the Service was provided, calculated as £79 ÷ 30 × days used.
2. Service Failure
If we fail to provision your VPS and install Midas within 72 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund on request. We will always communicate proactively if there is going to be a delay.
If a substantial documented service failure occurs during an active subscription — for example, prolonged VPS outage caused by us, or a Midas software bug that causes broker-account issues — please contact support. Refunds in these cases are considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. What Is Not Refundable
Trading Losses
Refunds are never issued in connection with trading losses on your broker account. Midas is a software tool — Profitable outcomes are not guaranteed.
Renewal Charges
After your first billing cycle, recurring monthly charges are not refundable. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — there are no pro-rata refunds for partial months.
Performance Dissatisfaction
If Midas performs below your expectations during a given month, this is not grounds for a refund. Trading systems experience drawdown periods. Please review our Risk Disclosure before subscribing.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@midasalgo.co.uk with:
- Your full name and the email address used at checkout;

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
