Frequently asked.

Is Midas compatible with prop firms?
Yes. Midas is curretly being tested with GOAT and FTMO 100k 2 step challenge. Dont trust the statistics? We can set you up on a DEMO account until you feel comfortable linking you challenge account.
What's the minimum account size?
We currently recommend a 100k 2-step challenge with FTMO or GOAT. Should you want to test a different 100k challenge please let us know before had so we can tweak configuration of your bot.
Which app do I use?
You dont need anything, we handle all the setup and configuration for you. We strongly advise customers to view profits via their prop firm's platform to avoid interrupting the bot. If the bot malfunctions due to user interruption we will not issue a refund.
How long does it take to pass a challenge?
Based on testing both phases pass in under 3 weeks on average, However there is no fixed timeframe. Results depend on market conditions, prop firm rules, spreads, execution, drawdown limits and the strategy’s performance during that period. Midas does not guarantee that any challenge will be passed or that any profit target will be reached.
What if I want to stop?
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future subscription payments. Access to the Midas EA will stop within 1-2 hours of cancellation, unless otherwise stated. Support will continue to provide assistance to answer queries or concerns. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically close activetrades or modify any trading account.
Do you guarantee profits?
No, and anyone who does is lying. Trading carries genuine risk and past performance is not indicative of future results. Midas is a disciplined system with strong historical metrics — but markets change, and drawdowns happen. Only subscribe if you accept that risk.
